Our Story
A Path to Wellness and Empowerment
The world has changed significantly since COVID, with rising anxiety and shifting societal ideologies taking a toll on both physical and mental health. Many people are struggling with chronic conditions, often feeling lost in their search for solutions that address the root cause. Understanding this need for holistic healing, Akhila Nagula, founder of Amma Mighty Hopes, created the Reflexology Center to offer hope and revive ancient wellness techniques that promote a healthier lifestyle.
At the heart of Amma Mighty Hopes, a non-profit organization, is a deep commitment to empowering women and providing meaningful employment opportunities. Driven by this dual purpose, Akhila set out to create a comprehensive reflexology training program, personally developed the course, authored the training materials, and conducted hands-on training sessions herself.
and partnered with the INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF WELLNESS & HOSPITALITY (IIWH) in Kerala. Through this initiative, women received training and certification, paving the way for meaningful careers in wellness.
On May 24th, 2023, the first-ever reflexology center in Warangal District was opened, marking a significant milestone in the journey to foster holistic health and empowerment in the community.
A Journey of Reflexologists
Every woman in our team embarked on an incredible journey, completing an intensive six-eight month training program in reflexology that blended theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience. Each of them faced unique challenges, stepping into a new world with courage and resilience. Through the unwavering support of the Amma Mighty Hopes team, they discovered a profound passion for healing and wellness.
They took courageous steps to educate their families and communities about the importance of reflexology, breaking down barriers and redefining what success looks like for women. Their determination to forge their own paths not only empowered them but also inspired those around them. The first batch stands as a beacon of inspiration.

Suhasini Gudelli
She has been the Manager of Amma Mighty Hopes since 2015 and currently oversees the first Reflexology center. A dedicated team member, she embodies compassion and trust in all her work. Over the years, she has learned and grown, becoming a vital supporter, core member and the right hand of AMH mission and vision.
Agnitha Theegala
She was a former trainer at Amma Mighty Hopes and served as the Manager at the Reflexology center, she demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment, which led her to own and operate the second reflexology center.A young go-getter, she is deeply passionate about reflexology and its benefits.
